Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription with us. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

1.Cancellation Period:

Refunds are available for cancellations made within 2 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After this period, no refunds will be issued, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.Refund Eligibility:

Personal Information: We may use your personal information to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, communicate with you, and send relevant updates and newsletters. We may also use this information for internal record keeping, improving our services, and tailoring our website content to better serve your needs

3.Cancellation Process:

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Suppoor portal (support.microzensys.com) and navigate to the Tickets and Raise a Cancaellation Ticket. Follow the prompts to initiate the cancellation process. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance with the cancellation.

4. Prorated Refunds:

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription period.

5. No Refunds for Partial Months:

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not be renewed thereafter.

6.Exceptions:

In certain circumstances, such as service discontinuation or a breach of our terms of service, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription without providing a refund.

7. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 Working business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your Source of payment mode.
